# MoodPlans

> MoodPlans is a free iOS and Android app for hosting private plans: real-life gatherings shared only with the host's approved connections and, when the host allows it, their friends. Every plan is private; nothing is ever public.

MoodPlans digitizes how private plans actually work. Connections are mutual (both people approve), and a host's network is the guest list. A plan reaches the host's direct connections and, only if the host enables it per person, their friends - never further, and never the whole app.

## Core Features

- **Private plans only**: Every plan reaches the host's approved connections, plus friends of connections the host explicitly allows. There is no public feed and no way for strangers to join.
- **Mutual connections, not followers**: Both people approve a connection, or nothing happens.
- **Ghost Mode**: Attend any plan anonymously. You count in the headcount but appear blurred to everyone except the host, and the plan never shows on your profile.
- **The reveal window**: From plan start until 24 hours after it ends, attendees can connect and message the people they met. Then the window closes.
- **Tickets and hosting**: Free plans with self-confirmation, or paid plans with in-app tickets, courtesies, QR check-in, a first-come waitlist, and Stripe payments.
- **Verified people, no bots**: One phone number per account plus an AI-checked selfie.
