1) Zero-Tolerance Statement

MoodPlans strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE") and any child sexual abuse material ("CSAM"). Any attempt to use our services for such conduct will result in immediate action, including suspension or permanent termination of accounts and reporting to competent authorities where appropriate.

2) Scope

These Standards apply to all features, content, and communications within the MoodPlans app and to any associated services operated by MoodPlans Inc.

3) Strictly Prohibited Conduct and Content

  • Production, possession, distribution, solicitation, or exchange of CSAM.
  • Grooming or recruitment of minors.
  • Real or simulated sexual contact with minors; sextortion; exploitation.
  • Sexualized depictions of persons with a youthful appearance.
  • Advocacy, instruction, facilitation, or normalization of any of the above.
  • Impersonating a minor for sexual purposes.
  • Attempts to evade moderation or to re-enter the service after removal.

Age Notice: MoodPlans is an adults-only service. Minor registration is prohibited. We implement controls to prevent unauthorized access.

4) Detection, Prevention, and Moderation

We use a combination of automated systems and human review to prevent and detect abuse, remove infringing content, disable accounts, and deter recidivism. Where lawful and appropriate, this may include hash-matching of known CSAM and other safety signals.

5) User Reporting Channels

  • In-app: Profile → Settings → "Report a problem" / "Contact".
  • Dedicated email: contact@moodplans.com.

We prioritize child-safety reports and target an initial response within 24 hours.

6) Enforcement Measures

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence where required by law, and notify competent authorities or accredited hotlines (e.g., NCMEC/INHOPE) as appropriate.

7) Cooperation with Authorities

We respond to valid legal process and cooperate with law-enforcement agencies to mitigate risk and protect minors, while respecting privacy as required by applicable law.

8) Education, Training, and Governance

We conduct periodic training, effectiveness checks, and updates to these Standards. A designated Child Safety Point of Contact holds operational responsibility for enforcement and escalation.

9) Privacy and Data Handling

We collect and use only the minimum data necessary to investigate and stop abuse, consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

10) Appeals and Moderation Errors

Users may appeal in-app (Profile → Settings → "Contact") or by email at contact@moodplans.com.
